"Ridiculously Slow Delivery"
The shipping was painfully slow. I kept waiting around like an idiot, and it just felt pathetic for a basic delivery to take that long.

"Nice stuff, but the fit threw me off a bit"
I ordered a polo and a pullover from FootJoy, and the quality seems good. Maybe I just picked the wrong size or I’m being picky, but the fit wasn’t quite what I expected. The polo felt tighter in the chest than I thought it would, and the sleeves seemed a little long on me. It’s not bad enough that I’m going to return anything, but for the price, I guess I expected it to feel a little more dialed in

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I returned my shoes and did eventually get my refund, but it took over a week. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it felt slow, and I kind of felt ignored while waiting because there wasn’t much communication. Just wish the process had been a little quicker and clearer.

I usually like FootJoy shoes, and the site is easy to use overall. The only thing is the inventory seems a little hit or miss. When I looked, a few of the normal sizes and colors I would’ve picked were already sold out, so I ended up just waiting instead of buying. Not a huge deal, but yeah, kind of annoying

"It’s fine, but the leather creased quicker than I hoped"
I mean, it’s not like the materials are terrible or anything, but the leather did start creasing faster than I expected. It still feels okay overall, just not quite as premium as I was hoping

and I had a problem with my golf shoes after a few months, so I reached out to FootJoy support. They asked me to send over some pictures and my receipt, and after that they sorted out a replacement. It took about a week longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating, but in the end they did take care of it

"Fit felt too loose for comfort"
These gloves didn’t fit quite right for me. They were looser than I expected, and once the grip started slipping, I didn’t feel comfortable using them for anything where I needed a secure hold. I’d rather not risk dropping something or losing control, so they just weren’t a good match for me.

"Promo codes just don’t seem to work..."
I tried using one of their sale codes at checkout, but it kept saying it wasn’t valid no matter what I did. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really help much either. Makes the discounts feel kind of pointless, honestly...

"Shoes were okay, but the packaging was disappointing"
My order showed up on time, and thankfully the shoes themselves looked fine, but the whole packaging situation was disappointing. The FootJoy box was dented up, and the outer box looked like it had been thrown around quite a bit. I guess I expected something a little more secure, especially for the price. It felt a bit misleading, like the product would arrive in better condition than that. Not the end of the world since the shoes weren’t damaged, but still annoying.

"Decent site, but not as smooth as I’d expect"
I was able to find the footjoy shoes I was looking for, so the site does the job. That said, the filters felt a little clunky to me, and a few pages took longer to load than I’d like. Checkout was straightforward enough, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but for my personal standard, I’d expect the browsing to feel a bit smoother.

I’ll be honest, I was mostly paying attention to how my feet felt the whole time, and after just one round they were really hurting. They might have other nice features, but I couldn’t focus on anything besides how uncomfortable they were.

They look nice, so I really wanted to like them, but the traction just isn’t great. I felt wobbly walking on wet grass, which made me nervous. I also wish there had been an actual person to talk to about the issue instead of feeling like I was stuck dealing with it on my own.

I wore these expecting them to keep my feet dry, but my feet got wet really fast. Disappointing, especially when the product is advertised as waterproof. i’m tired of getting the same canned apologies from customer service instead of an actual fix.

I have to admit, I’m a little disappointed with these. They look nice and the fit is okay, so I wanted to like them, but the arch support just isn’t there for longer walks. They’re not terrible, but I kind of regret buying them because I expected them to be more comfortable.

I was just trying to find a decent pair of new golf shoes, and FootJoy had way more choices than I expected. Different styles, colors, wide sizes, and even some of the more classic-looking stuff I never seem to find in shops near me.
The site was easy to browse, and I found what I wanted without wasting much time. i blame whoever runs this for giving me too many good options, because I definitely spent longer looking around than I planned.

"Too expensive for what they are"
I bought these sometime around March, or maybe it was early April, and I expected a lot more for the price. They weren’t terrible or anything, but they just felt average once I actually wore them. For what they cost, I was hoping they’d be way more comfortable or better made.

"Didn't hold up at all"
Really wanted to like these FootJoys. First few rounds were fine, then the cracking started. Not just a little, either. The soles wore down way faster than I expected too. For the price, I thought they’d last a lot longer. Disappointing.

I picked up a pair from FootJoy, they look really clean in person. The style is classic, but not boring, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The colors matched the photos well, too. My only small complaint is that they looked a little bulkier than I expected, but overall, I’m still happy with them.
